We had an amazing experience working with MDS Homes from start to finish. Their attention to detail was outstanding, and communication was consistent and clear every step of the way. They were honest, transparent, and truly great people to work with.

A special shoutout to Brooke and Sierra, the designers, who were incredibly helpful during the design phase. They made selecting finishes feel easy and even fun—no small feat when building a custom home! The entire team (Morgan, Logan, and Landon!) were quick to respond and always took the time to answer our questions and ease any concerns we had along the way.

What really stood out to us was the quality of the home itself. The craftsmanship is excellent, with beautiful finishes and high-quality materials throughout. It’s clear they don’t cut corners, everything was done with care and built to last.

Building a custom home can be overwhelming, but MDS made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. Even better, our home was completed on time. We couldn’t be happier with our beautiful new home and highly recommend MDS to anyone considering building!

I am super pleased with MDS. They are very professional. I am a real estate agent and my client and I have been very pleased with the experience. MDS has been great with communication. The project manager and in-house designer work with you every step of the way. Brooke (designer) is very knowledgeable and had great suggestions. They are organized and produce high quality homes. My clients picked one of their house-plans and MDS customized it to match my clients wants and needs in an economical and efficient time line. They have stayed ahead of schedule too.
