I had a previous career in healthcare administration, managing physician practices. I made the leap to construction when I started my own finish carpentry business.
About me
After several years of running my own business, MDS approached me about becoming their Director of Preconstruction in 2023. My background of running physician practices and experience in construction positioned me well to take on this role. I oversee the preconstruction process and am engaged with clients through the plan design phase to when construction begins and have many touch points with clients throughout the entire build process. Most of my work centers around putting accurate, realistic numbers to client’s vision of their new home.
My favorite part of the home building process
It’s rewarding to take a client’s vision on a piece of paper and bring it to life. Many client’s dream about building their own home for years. It’s fun to make that a reality.
What makes the MDS Homes approach special
We really focus on the client experience. Time and time again we have clients who have previously build with other contractors and had a terrible experience. We are constantly stiving to improve our processes to provide a “world-class” experience from the time that clients’ make that first contact with us to the day they move into their new home. We want the build process to be stress-free and as easy as possible from clients.
A personal detail
When I’m not at work I love going on adventure motorcycle rides and spending time with my wife and sons.
